Sam Kressler is the owner of Stir Consulting, an innovation strategy and product development firm serving the natural foods, culinary and food-service industries. Prior to Stir, Kressler spent several years at Boulder Brands overseeing commercialization for all Evol, Glutino and Udi’s innovation and renovation projects. He is also a recovering chef with extensive recipe development experience (in both Culinary and CPG) and a founder of Slow Money NYC. Kressler graduated from the French Culinary Institute in New York, New York, and holds a master's degree in food systems from New York University.
